<p>Capture Manager</p> <p>The Opportunity:</p> <p>Drive the capture of business development opportunities, including shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and execution. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.</p> <p>You Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience as a Capture Manager, leading and managing complex capture efforts within the DoW or Intelligence Community </li><li>Experience developing cyber solutions for the DoW and Intelligence Community in the cyber operational domain </li><li>Experience executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses </li><li>Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners </li><li>Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizes </li><li>Experience leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams </li><li>Secret clearance </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>Nice If You Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with DoW acquisition centers and key client mission stakeholders </li><li>Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners </li><li>Experience briefing executive-level stakeholders </li><li>Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and often multitasking environment </li><li>Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams, and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts </li><li>Possession of excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and business acumen skills </li></ul> <p>Clearance:</p> <p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
