Join us as we change the future of addiction healthcare.</p> <p>If you believe in recovery, harm reduction, and member-centered care - this is your place.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9a-7p EST</p> <p>Copmensation: $57,000 - $68,000</p> <ul> <li>Dependent on licensure, tenure and experience </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. </li><li>Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. </li><li>Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. </li><li>Monitor member progress and document outcomes. </li><li>Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. </li><li>Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>An active Iowa independently licensed behavioral health license or certification and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states including but not limited to:</p> </li><li> <p>Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)</p> </li><li> <p>Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)</p> </li><li> <p>Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting.</p> </li><li> <p>High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.</p> </li></ul>
