<p>Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Licensed Security Professionals AI SME for the development of a 4-6 hour "AI in Practice" certification program.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a high-level Licensed Securities AI Subject Matter Expert to lead the development of our "AI-First" professional certification for the financial services sector. This role is for a practicing or veteran professional-someone who understands the nuances of investment advising, insurance, and securities, and is already leveraging AI to transform their own practice. In this role, you will act as the "strategic voice" of the AI Learning Lab for the finance subgroup. You will partner with the Director of AI Learning & Enablement to move beyond generic AI theory and into "Knowledge and Action" modules that teach financial professionals how to use LLMs, agents, and predictive tools to scale their business while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop applied learning activities that show licensed professionals how to integrate AI into their specific workflows (e.g., automated portfolio commentary, AI-driven lead qualification, and document synthesis for compliance) </li><li>Build modules that emphasize the ethical and safe use of AI in finance-addressing data privacy, avoiding "black box" logic, and maintaining human-in-the-loop oversight for fiduciary responsibilities </li><li>Record video lessons and podcast-style segments (approximately 2 hours of recording) that translate your "field wisdom" into actionable training for other professionals </li><li>Introduce and recommend specific AI agents and toolsets (e.g., custom GPTs for research, AI-powered Excel add-ins, or sentiment analysis tools) that are relevant to the securities industry </li><li>Identify repetitive administrative tasks within the securities ecosystem that are ripe for AI automation, helping learners "reclaim their time" for high-value client advisory work* Professional Credentials: Must hold (or have held) relevant licenses in the securities or financial services industry (e.g., Series 7, 65/66, or equivalent insurance/advisory designations) </li><li>AI-First Mindset: You are an active practitioner of AI in your own professional workflow; You should be comfortable explaining how you use LLMs or agents to solve real-world financial problems </li><li>Subject Matter Authority: Experience as a trainer, mentor, or speaker within the financial services space is highly valued </li><li>Regulatory Fluency: A deep understanding of the compliance landscape (FINRA, SEC, etc.) and how AI can be implemented without compromising professional standards </li><li>Clarity in Ambiguity: Ability to thrive in a "pilot" phase, helping us define what a "Gold Standard" AI certification looks like for the finance industry </li></ul>
