<p>Ensures that proper materials are in required quantities and are in place when needed in production areas. May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.</p> <p>Performs multiple Kanban bin checks, walk thrus and audits of assigned areas.</p> <p>Conducts cycle counting and problem-solving activities.</p> <p>Uses one or more material tracking systems such as MRP, Cullinet, POS, Cribware or Micromain</p> <p>Reconciles on hand balance and computer system balances.</p> <p>Determines and initiates action plans to improve material process and flow.</p> <p>Assist associates in maintaining accurate records by reviewing the material process through cycle counting and problem solving activities.
