<p>Facility Maintenance/Janitorial, Starting at $16.40 hr</p> <p>3rd Shift, Full Time, Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am</p> <p>Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment</p> <p>Come and experience the difference with R+L Carriers</p> <p>R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Janitors at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. Employees in this job will perform and oversee a variety of janitorial and/or custodial tasks to maintain a clean and safe building and grounds.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Cleans and services restrooms </li><li>Sweeps, vacuums, and mops floors and stairways </li><li>Gathers and dispose of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment </li><li>Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services </li><li>Dust such items as blinds, furniture, file cabinets, and window sills using treated dust mittens, cloths or hand-cleaning items </li><li>Scrubs and sanitizes floors using powered machines equipped with rotating brushes and/or mop </li><li>Polishes furniture, metalwork, and chrome using appropriate cleaning and polishing compounds </li><li>Maintains an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies </li><li>Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, mirrors, and fixtures using both step and extension ladders </li><li>Loads and unloads supplies, using dollies and handcarts </li><li>Shampoos carpets </li><li>Performs related work as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>The job duties require an employee to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required </li><li>Must have 1 - 2 years of experience in the care and clean of building </li></ul> <p>INDHP</p> <p>Click here https://youtu.be/5zQ0hhAbWVo</p>
