<p>Job Description</p> <p>As a Sr. Content Strategist (Industrials), you are responsible for developing content strategy and overseeing content execution for Industry Dive's content marketing line of business - studioID. You are responsible for managing and advancing our clients' content marketing programs and projects, primarily (but not exclusively) in areas related to supply chain, construction, utilities and related subjects.</p> <p>In addition to your extensive experience in content marketing, you should also be a creative and strategic thinker and have a keen eye for process. The services you will be overseeing range from written editorial work to strategy deliverables to webinars - and beyond! You will serve as the primary success owner for assigned customers, but will collaborate closely with the content director and program manager to oversee and ultimately advance client partnerships through great content and advisory services. This role can report to our Washington, D.C., Portland, OR, Newton, MA, or New York City offices.</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li> <p>A subject matter expert in content.</p> </li><li> <p>Someone who loves the challenge of a fast-paced startup environment and understands the importance of not allowing perfection to be the enemy of good.</p> </li><li> <p>Creative, you think outside the box, and get excited to tackle complex problems</p> </li><li> <p>Driven and motivated by targets and results</p> </li><li> <p>Both adaptable and persistent in overcoming barriers</p> </li><li> <p>Someone who conducts business in an honest and truthful manner</p> </li><li> <p>A multitasker who can prioritize effectively while working on deadline in a fast-moving environment</p> </li><li> <p>A team player with a sense of humor</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own the successful delivery of content services</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the designated point of contact for clients, responding to and managing client requests</p> </li><li> <p>Gain a deep understanding of who our clients are and their overall marketing goals</p> </li><li> <p>Orchestrate projects such as playbooks, promoted stories, webinars, surveys from inception to completion; serve as main strategic and project management lead</p> </li><li> <p>Pitch original content topics and manage editorial calendars</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the editorial process within Welcome content marketing platform</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate closely with your fellow strategists, the program management team and content director to manage client expectations and resolve escalated client issues</p> </li><li> <p>Manage freelance writers and editors</p> </li><li> <p>Track client budgets and assess risk and opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Lead marketing strategy workshops and quarterly business reviews; develop customer roadmaps; promote expansion of services</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver operational metrics and overall business results to assigned clients</p> </li></ul>
