<p>This Opportunity</p> <p>WSP is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join our Project Controls team. This role can be based in either St. Louis, Boston, Chicago, Kansas City, or Fort Mill. This is a hybrid role.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for schedule management to support energy projects. </li><li>Establish baseline schedule: durations, critical path, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms. </li><li>Responsible for updating and analyzing detailed execution schedules for major programs. </li><li>On monthly basis, review and integrate contractor schedules into the program master schedule </li><li>Act as the lead to manage scheduling team for the project </li><li>Organize and chair monthly schedule review meeting with client team </li><li>Chair bi-weekly schedule update calls with different discipline leads </li><li>Develop and update project progress monthly. </li><li>Review subcontractor's schedules and monitor their performance. </li><li>Perform Earned Value analysis reports </li><li>Schedule Change Management. </li><li>Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays and provide recommendations for schedule recovery. </li><li>Assess and provide recommendations to resolve scope changes or delays to the Project Team and Executive Management. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience. </li><li>7+ years of experience in developing and managing project schedules. </li><li>Civil infrastructure or energy/transmission distribution market experience. </li><li>Experience supporting large mega projects </li><li>Experienced with critical path method analysis/technique with Primavera. </li><li>Project financial forecasting skills. </li><li>Change Order and Extension of Time analysis. </li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Experience working within large and challenging client programs with one or more project teams. </li><li>Effective reporting and communication skills. </li><li>Experience in preparing project reports and documentation. </li><li>Building construction and or project management experience </li><li>Team player and Strong communication skills </li></ul> <p>WSP Benefits:</p> <p>WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee's career.
