<p>Overview</p> <p>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as the first step in a multi-tiered support to Military Sailors and their families. </li><li>Investigate and resolve customer inquiries via phone, e-fax, email, chat, and other communications channels. </li><li>Utilize various essential software applications including internal and external websites, telephone systems, CRM applications, and other resources. </li><li>Enter applicable supporting information into systems and web forms on an application via computer and all transactions must be conducted accurately. </li><li>Receive training on a variety of relevant military programs and applications to provide the needed support to customers throughout the Continental US and Abroad. </li><li>Work towards opportunities for growth as many agents have been hand selected for Shift Supervisors and/or assigned to Specified Teams within the call center based on skill levels. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Secret Clearance Eligible </li><li>Four (4) years' experience, or three (3) years with Associates degree, or two (2) years with Bachelor's degree related experience in customer service and responding to requests for information </li><li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to work nights and weekends </li><li>The ability to type at least 30 WPM </li><li>Spanish speakers please apply! </li></ul> <p>Pay Transparency Statement</p> <p>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $32,800.00/Yr. - USD $54,700.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
