<p>Title: Senior Project Manager - Land Development</p> <p>Location: Cary, NC</p> <p>Pay: $145K - $170K</p> <p>Type: Direct hire</p> <p>Industry: Civil Engineering</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and deliver land development projects including stormwater management, grading, water/sanitary sewer, and erosion/sediment control design </li><li>Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and budgets </li><li>Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements </li><li>Prepare proposals, scopes, budgets, and manage project financials (invoices, receivables) </li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, while pursuing new business opportunities </li><li>Mentor, hire, and train new staff to grow a high-performing civil/site development team </li><li>Provide oversight and guidance on permitting and construction activities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required) </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license </li><li>10+ years of site design experience in land development </li><li>Expertise in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrologic analysis, grading, and site development </li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience preferred) </li><li>Knowledge of city, county, and state land use processes and regulations (NC experience preferred) </li><li>Strong leadership, client management, and financial management skills </li></ul> <p>All applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship</p> <p>#LI-AD1</p>
