This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional with experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and building long-term client partnerships.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop a strong understanding of client organizations, priorities, and employee benefit strategies </li><li>Use consultative, solution-based sales approaches to manage complex 2-18 month sales cycles </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders, including CEOs, CHROs, and Executive Directors </li><li>Grow existing partnerships through upsell and expansion efforts within assigned territories. Negotiate contractual terms with prospective and existing clients </li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and implementation. Develop and execute short- and long-term territory and account strategies </li><li>Monitor market trends, funding developments, policy changes, and competitive activity across assigned regions </li><li>Partner with teams across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Corporate Development. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to leadership </li><li>Deliver effective virtual and in-person presentations and demonstrations </li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and client activity data within CRM systems </li><li>Plan and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to support business development goals </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Seven or more years of experience selling services or solutions in a consultative sales environment. Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Experience managing multi-state territories or regional accounts </li><li>Established relationships with corporate decision-makers and/or experience selling into enterprise organizations preferred </li><li>Proven success managing enterprise sales opportunities and achieving annual quotas of $1M+ </li><li>Experience with CRM systems, territory planning, and sales forecasting </li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams </li><li>Ability to travel up to 40% </li></ul> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <p>Our benefits meet you where you are.
