This role is accountable for driving safety, operational excellence, and profitability while fostering a high-performance culture built on trust, transparency, and engagement.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a proven leader of leaders, capable of developing talent, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization-from frontline team members to senior executives-and maintaining a positive employee relations environment. This role is critical to building the leadership pipeline for future VP-level roles.</p> <p>The expected base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for a 20% bonus.</p> <ol> <li>Strategic Leadership & Culture Building </li></ol> <ul> <li>Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Lead with authenticity and empathy, fostering trust and engagement across all levels. </li><li>Promote proactive employee relations, open communication, and consistent leadership practices. </li><li>Serve as a visible and accessible leader, regularly engaging with team members on the floor and in operations. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Operational Excellence </li></ol> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics and distribution strategy aligned with company goals. </li><li>Monitor and improve KPIs including safety, on-time performance, fill rate, damages, incident rates, overtime, and productivity. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards (OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, GMP, etc.). </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Talent Development & Succession Planning </li></ol> <ul> <li>Build and develop a strong leadership team with clear goals and accountability. </li><li>Partner with HR to recruit, retain, and develop top talent. </li><li>Lead succession planning efforts to strengthen the leadership bench for future growth. </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Stakeholder Engagement </li></ol> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with franchisees, corporate teams, and support departments. </li><li>Lead and participate in customer advisory boards to align center performance with business needs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred. </li><li>7+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, distribution, transportation, or manufacturing. </li><li>Demonstrated success managing and fostering positive employee relations. </li><li>Extensive P&L experience (minimum $2M+). </li><li>Proven ability to lead transformational change and build high-performing teams. </li><li>Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. </li><li>Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills. </li><li>High integrity, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. </li><li>Willingness to travel up to 20%; relocation flexibility preferred. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
