<p>West Boylston Public Schools seeks a MA licensed COTA in the Middle/High School and Post Grad Program. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide services that support students' functional, academic, and vocational development across school and community settings.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Occupational Therapist (OTR) with screenings, assessments, and delivery of occupational therapy services </li><li>Implement and follow documented IEP goals, service delivery plans, and therapeutic protocols </li><li>Collect and document student progress toward established goals and report findings to the OTR </li><li>Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment for classroom and therapy sessions </li><li>Adapt and modify instructional materials and equipment based on student needs for classroom use </li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate student records, including data collection, charts, graphs, and reports </li><li>Support students in vocational training, job coaching, and community-based instruction/outings </li><li>Implement behavior management strategies as designed by certified staff </li><li>Observe and report significant student behaviors, patterns, or concerns to the OTR and team </li></ul>
