Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact in this role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure regulatory excellence by maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards across the unit.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and lead high-performing teams by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing staff to support engagement, accountability, and quality care delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive quality outcomes by identifying, addressing, and resolving operational or clinical issues that impact resident care and service effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Strengthen operations through the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support efficient, consistent, and high-quality health services.</p> </li><li> <p>Steward financial resources by monitoring budgets and approving expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>What minimum requirements you'll need</p> <p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p> <ul> <li>Required Credential(s): </li><li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
