Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Administer and maintain systems support for software, hardware and servers: test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and process issues</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with technical support for users and work with them to resolve existing problems</p> </li><li> <p>Apply hardening security settings</p> </li><li> <p>Active Directory Object Management (i.e. User, computer, groups)</p> </li><li> <p>Manage NTFS and share permissions</p> </li><li> <p>Identify, analyze and remediate technical challenges</p> </li><li> <p>Administer backups and diagnose backup errors</p> </li><li> <p>Create and maintain technical and process documentation</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications You Must Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
