<p>Senior Project Engineering role in the Corporate Cylinder Support Group with the responsibility to lead and execute on a broad range of moderately to highly complex projects primarily associated with Capital Expenditures. Projects will include equipment procurement and installation; facility upgrades (new builds, renovations, additions); process improvements; acquisitions and consolidations; WI new product development and modification projects; and other equipment, process, and facility enhancements. Projects will be stand-alone projects or portions of a larger project managed by others. Engineer to actively participate in facilities continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives (Kaizens, 2P, etc). Examples include equipment selection, procurement, and installation; process / manufacturing improvement projects; and facility acquisition, relocation, and closure projects. </li><li>Fundamental knowledge of machine design and operating principles </li><li>Fundamental knowledge of machine repair and trouble-shooting practices </li><li>Fundamental knowledge and/or ability to familiarize oneself with product design codes and standards (DOT, ASME, NBIC, NFPA, CGA, EN, etc) </li><li>Fundamental knowledge and/or ability to familiarize oneself with product and process design techniques (APQP, Flow Charts, Control Plans, FMEA, PPAP, ISO, etc.) </li><li>Travel varies, but can reach 50%. </li><li>Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering (ABET accredited Mechanical, Electrical, or Welding preferred) </li><li>Minimum of 8-10 years of related project experience </li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) </li><li>Proficient in 2D AutoCAD. </li></ul>
