<p>Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for an Associate Director (AD) - Controller to join the Finance team. The Associate Director - Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of the financial accounting, including the general ledger, accounting cycles, financial statement preparation, historical analysis, audits, tax compliance, financial reporting, and ensuring financial health within the organization. This role involves fostering strong relationships across departments, overseeing the accounts payable function, and aligning departmental goals with the broader strategic objectives within the organization.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to coach, lead, and mentor direct reports.
