Succeed. #BeHere</p> <p>Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our FROEDTERT MEN FALLS HOSPITAL facility.</p> <p>This job is ON - SITE.</p> <p>FTE: 0.001000</p> <p>Shift: 1</p> <p>Schedule: This role will work at both Froedtert Menomonee Falls and Froedtert West Bend. May include hospital inpatient, partial hospital program, or intensive outpatient program coverage. Shift varies with possible first and second shifts (including 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 1pm-9:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, weekends- 7am-5pm or 12:30pm-10:30pm.) No 3rd shift hours.</p> <p>The PRN Psychotherapist will support program operations including:</p> <ul> <li>The Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program and Mental Health Partial Hospital Program, offering group therapy and psychoeducation to enrolled participants. </li><li>A medical floor setting, providing expert mental health and substance use disorder treatment to patients with a behavioral health concern, making and carrying out behavioral health treatment plan recommendations and directing the course of disposition planning. </li><li>An essential part of the ED treatment process working collaboratively with the RN and ED provider to establish and carry out a plan of care, guiding complex care interventions for behavioral health patients in the emergency department. </li></ul> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Behavioral Health Liaison (BHL) Psychotherapist provides psychiatric assessment/evaluation for patients in the medical setting and/or hospital outpatient programs including, but not limited to, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Based on the care setting, BHL psychotherapist develops, supports and carries out the treatment plan using psychosocial and therapeutic interventions individually and/or in a group, care coordination and other services as dictated by the treatment plan to address patients presenting psychiatric disorder and/or psychosocial issue. The BHL psychotherapist responds to consults by making appropriate clinical recommendations and providing behavioral health consult services as dictated by the treatment plan. Completes all written and electronic documentation following clinic protocol and state certification requirements. Participates in regularly scheduled clinical collaboration and/or clinical supervision with psychiatrists and clinic supervisor as required by state statute. Supports other behavioral health program needs and duties as assigned. May be required to travel between CHD sites to support program operations.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>3,000 hours of post graduate clinical supervision, care coordination for behavioral health patients</p> <p>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>Master's degree in social work, counseling, educational psychology, or allied health profession from an accredited college or university is required. Masters degree in clinical mental or behavioral health discipline with clinic field placement/practicum, preferred.</p> <p>TRAINING DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>Specific clinical training in psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation and assessment is required. Treatment for substance use disorders, training in one or more specific modality of treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT etc.) is preferred.</p> <p>LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>Current Wisconsin licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
