This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of provider recruitment to meet organizational needs and support the delivery of high-quality pediatric care.</p> <p>The Physician Recruiter must be adaptable to varying recruitment demands, including the need for flexible work hours and travel-up to 20% of the time. In alignment with the hospital's mission and vision, the Physician Recruiter plays a key role in identifying and securing providers who are committed to quality and excellence in pediatric healthcare.</p> <p>Department Specific Job Details:</p> <p>Shifts:</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Communications or Human Resources </li><li>Master's degree is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of recruitment experience </li><li>CPRP certification is required within one year of hire (AAPPR membership) </li><li>PHR, SHRM-CP, within 3 years of hire </li><li></li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of healthcare/provider experience </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelors (Required)</p> <p>Certification/License Requirements:</p>
