This requires starting work before 7:00 AM and monitoring throughout the day.</p> </li><li> <p>Trade Settlements - Ensure trades settle on time and communicate any issues clearly. Prepare end-of-day reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Deposits - Accurately and promptly process check deposits in compliance with company policies for safeguarding funds.</p> </li><li> <p>Disbursements - Process wire, check, and ACH disbursements accurately and on time.</p> </li><li> <p>Other Transactions - Handle credit card transactions, wire templates, corporate actions, class action claims, and prepare quarterly/monthly reports as needed. Perform backup duties as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification - Active CTOP (Certified Trust Operations Professional) certification required.
