Shifts can be subject to change if there are necessary staffing needs. </li><li></li><li>This position requires a valid Arkansas Driver's License and meet the eligibility requirements covered by the state insurance policy, due to transporting youth in state vehicles. This role involves case management oversight, policy implementation, and interagency coordination to enhance service accessibility for Arkansas residents.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <p>Oversee case assignments and workload distribution among social services staff. Ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines. Develop partnerships with community resources and service providers. Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
