<p>Post-Graduate Behavioral Health Fellowship Program Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time)</p> <p>Location: Washington, DC</p> <p>Reports To: Director, Behavioral Health Fellowship Program</p> <p>Schedule: Part-Time 20 hours per week</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and mentorship to post-graduate behavioral health fellows training in the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) model within primary care. Responsibilities include weekly supervision, documentation review, case consultation, didactic support, and performance evaluation to ensure high-quality patient care and fellow development.</p> <p>Why Join Us</p> <ul> <li> <p>Mentor and develop future behavioral health clinicians</p> </li><li> <p>Work in an integrated behavioral health model</p> </li><li> <p>Serve diverse and underserved communities in DC</p> </li><li> <p>Join a collaborative team focused on clinical excellence and training</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide weekly clinical supervision and on-site clinical guidance</p> </li><li> <p>Support fellows with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning</p> </li><li> <p>Review/co-sign clinical documentation and progress notes</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with educational goals, evaluations, and skills development</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in fellowship didactics, workshops, and consultations</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and BH leadership</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active, unrestricted DC LICSW (or reciprocity eligible)</p> </li><li> <p>LPC, LMFT, PsyD also considered</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years clinical or educational experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in the IBH model</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills</p> </li><li> <p>Supervisory experience preferred (1+ year)</p> </li></ul>
