You'll also be on-call on a rotating schedule for possible maintenance emergencies.</p> <p>As an Apartment Maintenance Technician - Handyman, you will swiftly address maintenance requests, ensuring resident satisfaction and comfort. Your role includes meticulous preparation of units for occupancy, grounds and common area upkeep, and prompt resolution of after-hours emergencies.
