<p>Director of Treasury Operations</p> <p>Melville, NY</p> <p>M-F</p> <p>Direct Hire</p> <p>FlexStaff is seeking an experienced Director of Treasury Operations for our client, a leading global technology company.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily cash reporting, liquidity management, and forecasting. </li><li>Prepare and analyze a rolling 26-week cash flow forecast, collaborating with various business units. </li><li>Manage bank and lender relationships. </li><li>Provide treasury support for trade services, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and surety bonds. </li><li>Monitor debt, manage borrowing needs, and ensure compliance with credit facility reporting. </li><li>Prepare cash/debt activity reports for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and lenders. </li><li>Analyze and optimize the global bank account structure. </li><li>Administer bank platforms and execute electronic funds transfers (FedWires, ACH, wire transfers). </li><li>Enhance cash account reporting and visibility. </li><li>Manage the company-wide Accounts Payable function, implementing best practices and streamlining processes. </li><li>Oversee daily Accounts Receivable collections and monitor credit insurance. </li><li>Assist with risk management, insurance renewals, and claims processing. </li><li>Support other risk mitigation activities (export compliance, FCPA). </li><li>Assist with 401(k) plan administration and audits. </li><li>Support travel and expense and P-Card programs. </li><li>Assist with SEC reporting related to treasury activities. </li><li>Delegate tasks and support the treasury team. </li><li>Lead ad-hoc reporting and projects. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred). </li><li>5-7 years of treasury experience, including 3-5 years of team leadership. </li><li>Strong technical skills in domestic and international cash management operations. </li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. </li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make critical decisions, and take ownership. </li><li>Deltek Costpoint knowledge a plus. </li></ul> <p>Additional Salary Detail</p> <p>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
