<p>CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst opening for our client in Philadelphia, PA. Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 12 months Duties: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Asset Management and Trade Lifecycle. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Support the implementation and integration of BlackRock's Aladdin platform across front, middle, and back-office operations. Facilitate meetings, conduct gap analysis, and develop process flows and data mappings. Liaise between business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and met. Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management. Produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and process models. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Skills: Strong knowledge of Asset Management industry practices and investment products (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives). Expertise in the trade lifecycle from order initiation through settlement. Hands-on experience with BlackRock's Aladdin platform is required. Proficiency in writing business and functional requirements. Ability to conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, or other tools. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, preferably in Asset Management. Demonstrated experience working on Aladdin implementation or enhancement projects. Experience managing or contributing to technology projects in the trading or investment domain. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
