<p>To help make the campus an inviting, clean, well-organized facility where all can gather without distraction to fulfill the mission, vision, and strategies of Southeast Christian Church. Responsibilities include helping with daily furniture set-up, special event set-up, and cleaning in designated areas. Our mission is to remove obstacles so people can worship. This position is Tuesday-Saturday daytime hours. Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Cleaning of designated areas of the campus including glass, surfaces, and floors, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, and other janitorial duties. </li><li>Setting up and tearing down rooms for groups and events that vary weekly. </li><li>Confident to work independently or closely with the team. </li><li>Assist other facility teams in a cross functional manner. </li></ul> <p>Essential Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Love to clean and create order. </li><li>Hard worker and self-starter. </li><li>Team player. </li><li>An eye for detail. </li><li>Flexible and willing to jump in to support other ministry teams, members, or guests. </li><li>Warm and Friendly. </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience, and Membership</p> <ul> <li>High School degree (or equivalent). </li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies. </li><li>Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun. </li><li>Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving. </li><li>Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways. </li></ul>
