<p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a Surveyor with 0-5 years of experience in land surveying to join our team. The ideal candidate will be part of one or two-man crews working on industrial, commercial, or subdivision projects. Candidates are expected to have an Associate's degree in Surveying or a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct land surveys for industrial, commercial, and subdivision projects. </li><li>Work effectively in one or two-man crews to collect and analyze survey data. </li><li>Utilize Civil 3D software to assist in land development and topographic surveys. </li><li>Ensure accurate mapping and data collection using Topcon equipment. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in land surveying and topographic surveys. </li><li>Proficiency in Civil 3D software. </li><li>Knowledge of land development and surveying techniques. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. </li><li>Familiarity with Topcon equipment. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Join a dynamic and growing office that manages over 120 projects per year, serving 15-20 large clients.
