<p>Overview:undefined</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating the daily operation of park zones, and administering daily assignments for the team </li><li>Complying with and enforcing all aspects of the Park Services training program, including the daily application and supervision of all training procedures, policies, and documentation </li><li>Writing and updating a department schedule; assisting in specialized recruiting when appropriate </li><li>Answering guest questions </li><li>Motivating and interacting with Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members </li><li>Coaching Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members to monitor efficiency standards and achieve cleanliness standard across the park </li><li>Auditing the skills and performance of department Team Members, Leads, and Supervisors </li><li>Coaching and developing Team Members on guest service, training, safety, and efficiency </li><li>Overseeing the development of Supervisors and Leads </li><li>Completing and maintaining all formal documents and audit forms used on a daily basis in the department </li><li>Enforcing all Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policies </li><li>Assisting in other areas of the Park Services Department </li><li>Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>At least 18 years of age </li><li>Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language </li><li>Previous park services experience </li><li>Be available to work flexible hours at night, weekends and holidays </li></ul>
