<p>The Neshaminy School District has an opening for a Human Resource Specialist. This 12 month full-time position is responsible for responding to routine inquiries from district staff and the community; compilation and maintenance of all employee records (both filed and online), including but not limited to, attendance, new hire information, credentials, salary, budget, leaves and clearance information; prepares board agendas and reports as needed for the Board of School Directors and Administration; prepares and monitors position postings; monitors training database; updates security badge system and e-mail and district database information; responds to routine inquires by internal personnel and external inquiries; prepares correspondence as needed and assists with the processing of reports from the HR database and third-party provider systems. This position is known internally as Confidential Secretary.</p> <p>Qualifications include post-secondary education with a Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field preferred; and/or prior experience working with Human Resource/Finance software programs; strong computer skills with spreadsheet capabilities required with attention to detail; and strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication and collaborative skills. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of general employment guidelines a plus.</p> <p>Applicants must apply through this posting.
