<p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The Maintenance Tech II performs maintenance related duties at the production associate level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: maintenance of the facility, production machines, and assembly equipment in accordance with relevant regulations and safety codes.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Painting and repairing the offices, hallways, external buildings, restrooms, perform minor plumbing and electrical repair as needed.</p> <p>Perform PM's on time, accurately and at established rate of completion goals.</p> <p>Create, maintain, and show effectiveness of work routines through Preventive Maintenance and Work Instructions.</p> <p>Train Maintenance and Janitor on their essential job functions and monitor effectiveness.</p> <p>Dependability, ability to self-supervise.</p> <p>Demonstrates commitment to internal customer service.</p> <p>Exhibits a positive attitude.</p> <p>Good decision-making skills.</p> <p>Demonstrated knowledge in policies, processes, and procedures.</p> <p>Demonstrates flexibility in work assignments.</p> <ul> <li>Other duties may be assigned* </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <p>Position includes sitting, standing, bending, walking, lifting, climbing, crawling, finger, wrist, elbow & arm coordination/movement that is consistent with customary tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment including but not limited to power and hand tools, computers and microscopes.
