You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level and</p> <p>designing instruction to meet students' collective and individual needs.</p> <p>You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the school. </li><li>Create lesson plans and defined learning objectives, and provide support to students in and out of class. </li><li>Maintain current and detailed documentation for all students, including information related to grading, behavior, attendance, etc. </li><li>Communicate proactively with Administration, colleagues, and parents as necessary concerning student engagement and performance. </li><li>Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree, in subject matter preferred </li><li>Teaching credential preferred(MX or MB certification) </li><li>A minimum of three years teaching </li><li>Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, administration and parents </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing. </li><li>Strong understanding of best practices in education and classroom management. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through </li><li>Problem solving </li></ul>
