<p>Position Overview</p> <p>The operations assistant works closely with the operations team and leadership team to create a safe, supportive, and structured school community.</p> <p>Major Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>School Culture:</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support including but not limited to answering phones, greeting visitors, data entry, and copies. </li><li>Support teachers and other faculty in the school. </li><li>Cover classes when requested. </li><li>Support Deans and assistant deans with responding to classroom crisis. </li><li>Perform duties related to recess duty. </li><li>Perform related custodial services, as needed. </li><li>Lead and escort small groups of students. </li></ul> <p>Breakfast & Lunch Duty</p> <ul> <li>Monitors scholars during breakfast and lunch ensuring all expectations are met. </li><li>Monitors outdoor space when in use during lunch. </li><li>Ensure the scholars leave the cafeteria promptly and maintain the cleanliness of the cafeteria. </li></ul> <p>Transportation</p> <ul> <li>Assists parents and school personnel with safe loading and unloading of students. </li><li>Assist young or disabled students in getting on and off the bus.
