The Operations Associate will partner with our wealth advisory, financial planning, and internal support teams contributing to the satisfaction, retention, and growth of client relationships. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering excellent client service, with exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Successful candidates will be highly dependable, trustworthy, and have exceptional organizational and proofreading skills. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion and Connection.</p> <p>Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 plus annual bonus</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Onboard and service client accounts: process client account paperwork including internal and custodian agreements, client maintenance items, investment reconciliation, proxy voting, data integrity </li><li>Support regional offices with processing of client cashiering requests including transfer of investment assets, wires, journals, ACH, etc. </li><li>Research and resolve client issues leveraging internal support resources and escalate to management as appropriate </li><li>Assist the wealth advisor, financial planner, and internal departments (investments, billing, finance, etc.) to ensure client requests are executed within defined service level agreements </li><li>Understand and adhere to outlined company policies and procedures to ensure work is completed within firm compliance standards </li><li>Track and document tasks and activities in CRM and other internal systems, ensuring notes are input in a timely and compliant manner </li><li>Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal associates and departments, custodian partners, and service providers </li><li>Participate in team projects, business initiatives and participate in training and education opportunities as required </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (equivalent education/experience will be considered) </li><li>Ideal candidates will have 1-3+ years operations experience working in investment advisory, asset management or a financial services company </li><li>Excellent communication skills with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members across the organization </li><li>Strong organization and attention to detail are essential with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently </li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
