This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies and a passion for problem-solving.</p> <p>ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. </li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. </li><li>Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, best practices, and security standards. </li><li>Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable application architecture. </li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation. </li><li>Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. </li><li>Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. </li><li>Lead Agile project management processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements and innovations. </li><li>Travel for education, conferences, and site visits. </li><li>Attend education courses and maintain certifications. </li><li>Perform related duties as required. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. </li><li>Proficiency with design principles such as object-oriented programming, functional programming, asynchronous programming, and design patterns. </li><li>Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React. </li><li>Proficient knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Node.js. </li><li>Familiarity with relational and non-relational database systems. </li><li>Experience with unit, component, and end-to-end testing. </li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization tools. </li><li>Experience implementing and interfacing with REST or GraphQL APIs. </li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum. </li><li>Understanding of modern security best practices and compliance requirements. </li><li>Understanding of web accessibility standards and guidelines. </li><li>Ability to build and scale complex applications in a collaborative environment. </li><li>Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack. </li><li>Ability to lead and mentor development teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. </li><li>Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficient with Git and GitHub. </li><li>Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for both front-end and back-end development. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.</p> </li><li> <p>Education: Graduate of an accredited four (4) year college/university with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification: ISC2 CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional) -
