Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.</p> <p>Position: Business Development Manager</p> <p>Hours/Week: Full-time</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Base salary commensurate with experience plus commission </li><li>Bonus opportunities </li><li>Health Benefits offered </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid holidays </li><li>Cell phone and computer provided by company </li></ul> <p>Reports To: Owner</p> <p>Territory: Northern NJ</p> <p>Summary:</p> <ul> <li>To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand </li><li>To promote the services of Paul Davis </li><li>To build industry relationships with insurance agents and property managers. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Establish, maintain and grow relationships with commercial client groups to include: Insurance Agents, Property Managers, Facility Managers, and Commercial Brokers. </li><li>Establish relationships with local Plumbing and HVAC companies for referral program. </li><li>Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits </li><li>Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes </li><li>Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly </li><li>Attend and participate in seminars, tradeshows, golf outings, and other industry events </li><li>Support annual charity efforts and other community service initiatives </li><li>Contribute ideas and assist with the development of marketing processes over time </li></ul> <p>Skills and Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Outgoing, responsible, sales-driven, self-starter who enjoys working independently toward company goals. </li><li>Previous sales and/or marketing position </li><li>Excellent verbal and computer skills </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Some College preferred in related field.
