In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.</p> <p>Maintenance Associate</p> <p>Full-Time</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Maintains the physical facility, grounds and all equipment in good working repair to ensure a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for the individuals receiving services.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.</p> <ul> <li>Maintains ongoing preventative maintenance program. </li><li>Repairs and maintains kitchen, housekeeping, and other mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning units, electrical and plumbing fixtures, and laundry equipment. </li><li>Inspects and repairs all damages to hallways, walls, ceilings, floors, roofs, and rooms. </li><li>Paints and refinishes building surfaces. </li><li>Orders and maintains necessary maintenance supplies. </li><li>Provides necessary maintenance of all tools and equipment. </li><li>Maintains fire alarm system, including smoke and heat detectors, fire pulls and fire extinguishers. Maintains sprinkler systems and assists with quarterly inspections. Assists in disaster plans as appropriate. </li><li>Maintains appliance motors, room exhaust fans/hood suppression systems, pumps and miscellaneous equipment on a monthly basis or as recommended by the manufacturer. </li><li>Monitors and assists in basic maintenance of facility vehicles. </li><li>Maintains operational records, data and monitors and enforces observance of safety regulations. </li><li>Performs other related duties and activities as required. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job.</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent and one year related experience. </li><li>Working knowledge and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment. </li></ul> <p>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:</p> <ul> <li>Current contractor license as required by state. </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Travel as needed </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Medium Work.
