<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Wellspring is seeking a part-time (20 hour) dedicated and dynamic Vocational Coordinator to join our team at the Arch Bridge School, located on our adolescent campus.</p> <p>The Arch Bridge School (ABS) offers core academics and college preparatory courses, allowing students to meet their unique academic objectives while in Residential Treatment or in our Therapeutic Day School.</p> <p>ABS Vocational Coordinator Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Network with on campus partners, community organizations, and businesses to provide vocational experiences for students. </li><li>Work with students and families to identify areas of growth and interests to support them in a placement (regular updates, scheduled meetings, site visits, etc.). </li><li>Work with the educational team to identify eligible students, develop schedules, monitor progress, and provide team support to selected students. </li><li>Be willing to develop the materials and initial assessments for students. </li><li>Transport students to and from their experiences as needed. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Teaching Certification </li><li>Experience with emotional disabilities and learning differences and a therapeutic school environment (preferred). </li><li>Eligibility for the DMV's A Endorsement to drive students to and from activities. </li><li>The ability to work hard individually and as part of a team. </li><li>An interest in developing new skills, or enhancing existing ones, while working with students with challenging educational and behavioral/emotional scenarios. </li></ul> <p>Please visit our website http://www.wellspring.org for more information about the Arch Bridge School, Wellspring, and the application process.</p> <p>Wellspring and The Arch Bridge School is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
