Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Support pre-sales activities. Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects. Occasionally takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery. Support line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops and trainings. Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Support the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/or supports updates to the portfolio. Support in solution testing and issue resolution. Mentor business process consultants.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following:</p> <ul> <li>SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash Business applications - Implementations for various LOBs; </li><li>SAP S/4HANA Cross Modules and Integration points; </li><li>SAP ERP Sales and Distribution; </li><li>SAP OTC - Variant Configuration; </li><li>SAP S/4HANA Lead to Cash Conversion; </li><li>SAP NetWeaver Application Server - Fundamental; </li><li>Business Process Performance Optimization for SAP S/4HANA; </li><li>SAP S/4 Commodity Management; and </li><li>SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Lead to Cash. </li></ul> <p>Travel: Position does require up to 40% domestic or international travel to various unanticipated customer sites to implement customer procured solutions.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
