<p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.</p> <p>Production Planner</p> <p>Indianapolis, IN, United States | req28041 12-hour shift, Nights: 7:00PM - 7:30AM</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>You will be responsible for day-to-day customer contact, working closely with plant personnel to schedule customer orders and respond to customer inquiries </li><li>You will maintain current inventory counts for each of the different steps in the process, utilizing both Oracle as well as physical inventory processes </li><li>You will be responsible for producing the daily production schedules, working closely with plant personnel and production to actively resolve issues </li><li>You will be required to work with production management to set schedules, identifying and resolving potential impediments to schedules </li><li>Also, you will be required to maintain an ongoing relationship with customers including delivery schedules, issue resolution and work in a dynamic team focused environment </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>You have a High School Diploma </li><li>Previous Customer Service experience (2-4 years) is preferred </li><li>5+ years operations experience required, specifically with coatings processes desired </li><li>You demonstrate ability to work with many business functions required </li><li>Strong computer skills (specifically Word, Excel, Oracle) </li><li>General knowledge of technical requirements is desired </li><li>Previous Oracle experience & knowledge required </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
