<p>Position Title:</p> <p>End-User Computing Manager</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)</p> <p>Clearance Requirements:</p> <p>U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder</p> <p>Position Status:</p> <p>Full Time (Direct Hire)</p> <p>Position Description:</p> <p>We are seeking a strategic and hands-on End-User Computing (EUC) Manager to lead enterprise desktop infrastructure and virtual workspace environments in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare setting. This leadership role will oversee end-user technology platforms including Citrix, SCCM, VDI, Office 365, and enterprise collaboration tools, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and exceptional user experience across the organization.</p> <p>This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong IT leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving modernization initiatives, and presenting technical strategy to executive leadership including C-level stakeholders.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the strategy, administration, and optimization of:</p> </li><li> <p>Citrix environments</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft SCCM / Endpoint Configuration Manager</p> </li><li> <p>Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)</p> </li><li> <p>Enterprise desktop applications</p> </li><li> <p>Office 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, licensing management)</p> </li><li> <p>Video teleconferencing platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and mentor end-user computing engineers and support teams</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute technology roadmaps to improve performance, scalability, and security</p> </li><li> <p>Align EUC strategy with business and operational objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee vendor relationships, licensing compliance, and cost optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure high availability and reliability of enterprise end-user platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Present technical strategy, KPIs, and system performance updates to senior leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across desktop engineering and digital workplace services</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Education:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop engineering, or end-user computing</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical teams</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on expertise with:</p> </li><li> <p>Citrix administration</p> </li><li> <p>SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager</p> </li><li> <p>VDI environments</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing enterprise desktop and collaboration platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership (C-level, VP)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience developing technical roadmaps and leading infrastructure modernization efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of licensing management and vendor oversight</p> </li></ul> <p>About Seneca Resources</p> <p>At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
