Our brands portfolio includes L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken, Matrix, and Pureology.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>Brand Supply Teams manage Finished Product Supply Planning for a category(s) under the Signature at the market level, facilitating coordination of inventory & production, understanding of trade-offs, and streamlining communication to key stakeholders across the organization.</p> <p>Responsibilities can include but are not limited to the below listing:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating monthly production requirements for multiple manufacturing sites. </li><li>Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory parameters to ensure the delivery of Service KPI. Understands and communicates short to mid-term supply constraints and manages E&O at the signature level. </li><li>Effectively communicating, mitigating, and managing risk with both Supply Chain and Business counterparts </li><li>Coordinates the flow of product and information, manages exceptions and streamlines communication to commercial teams through the local Customer Supply Chain Team (or through short-term Inventory Exception & Management meetings) </li><li>Coordinate product availabilities with local markets or international affiliates. </li><li>Responsible for E&O review & management and identifying and implementing E&O reduction opportunities in the local market. </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred </li><li>Minimum of 4 years of relevant job experience </li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively working with diverse cross functional partners </li><li>MS Office experience, strong proficiency in Excel with comfort analyzing/manipulating large data sets and presenting visually </li><li>Comfort with ERP Systems - SAP APO Experience a plus </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>An enthusiasm for continuous learning and development </li></ul> <p>What's In It For You:</p> <p>Salary Range: $90,200.00- $128,500.00 The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan) </li><li>Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home) </li><li>Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!) </li><li>Access to Company Perks (VIP Access to L'Oréal's Internal Shop for Discounted Products, Monthly Mobile Allowance) </li><li>Learning & Development Opportunities for Career Progression (Unlimited Access to E-learnings, Lunch & Learn Sessions, Mentorship Programs, & More!) </li><li>Employee Resource Groups (Think Tanks and Innovation Squads) </li><li>Access to Mental Health & Wellness Programs </li></ul> <p>Don't meet every single requirement??At L'Oréal, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and innovative workplace.
