[Required] </li><li>Must communicate effectively with peers, physicians, clinical and administrative staff. [Required] </li><li>Extensive working knowledge of Joint Commission Environment of Care standards as they apply to a health care facility [Required] </li><li>Knowledge of and experience with the NFPA Life Safety standards [Required] </li><li>Knowledge of and experience with chemical safety, disposal and EPA regulations [Required] </li><li>Knowledge of Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) and National Incident Management System (NIMS) [Required] </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills [Required] </li><li>Ability to make effective presentations to large groups [Required] </li><li>Supervisory knowledge with the ability to mentor, train, and coach direct reports.
