<p>As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in operations by supporting the team and learning foundational skills. The work focus is Business Entity management and UCC lien search functions.</p> <p>In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment, and work from our local office in Wilmington, DE. The work schedule is M-F, 12:00 PM-9:00 pm.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately enter orders into the system. </li><li>Process legal documents in the formation of different business entities. </li><li>Work within a team environment to master skills. </li><li>Coordinate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment. </li><li>Maintain operational documents and records. </li><li>Assist in planning under supervision. </li><li>Ensure customer service standards are met. </li><li>Respond to basic customer inquiries. </li><li>Help with general administrative duties as needed. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in using order entry software. </li><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing. </li><li>Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles. </li><li>Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. </li><li>Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members. </li><li>Basic Inventory Management: Understanding of inventory checks and reporting. </li><li>Documentation: Ability to maintain and organize operational documents. </li><li>High School diploma or equivalent; college degree is highly preferred. </li><li>1+ years' experience in customer service, office administration, retail, or restaurant is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>A comprehensive benefits package that begins your first day of employment.
