If you thrive on transforming user interactions with AI, this is your opportunity to make an impact.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and enhance AI-driven experiences, focusing on user interaction with Generative AI models </li><li>Optimize AI outputs for clarity, length, and relevance </li><li>Apply behavioral science principles to influence positive user outcomes </li><li>Prototype and validate AI concepts with users before development </li><li>Monitor AI performance using qualitative and quantitative data; translate insights into improvements </li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists in an agile environment </li><li>Develop and maintain a Generative AI Design Framework, including standards and best practices </li><li>Advocate for Generative AI design across the organization and mentor UX practitioners* Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred (not required) </li><li>Certifications in AI or conversational design are a plus </li><li>5+ years of UX design experience with Generative AI products </li><li>Portfolio showcasing relevant case studies and design approach </li><li>Interest in AI safety and ethics </li><li>Ability to adapt, collaborate, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment </li><li>Hands-on experience designing Generative AI experiences and conversational interfaces </li><li>Familiarity with prompt engineering and context engineering </li><li>Understanding of conversational fundamentals (turn-taking, cognitive load, pragmatics) </li><li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly </li><li>Excellent communication skills in English </li><li>Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, and user-centered design processes </li></ul>
