Grow with purpose.</p> <p>Champion key accounts by driving acquisition, retention, and partnership success alongside Customer Success and Account Management teams.</p> <p>If you thrive in a high-impact commercial role - your next opportunity starts here, apply now!</p> <p>Tasks</p> <p>Your tasks as an Account Executive may include, among others:</p> <ul> <li>Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the repair portfolio, working closely with Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and value realization </li><li>Lead acquisition campaigns, present customer-focused proposals, and negotiate competitive contracts in partnership with Strategic Account Management </li><li>Build long-term executive relationships with key customer decision-makers, leveraging insights from Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams </li><li>Share best practices, market intelligence, and customer feedback to support collective success and innovation </li><li>Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to customer executives and internal leadership </li><li>All other duties as assigned or required </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field required </li><li>5+ years in sales or account leadership roles with a strong record in new business acquisition and growth. Aviation MRO background strongly </li><li>Fluency in English language required </li><li>German, Spanish and/or Portuguese language desirable </li><li>In-depth understanding of aircraft component repair, overhaul, and commercial models within the Americas market </li><li>Expert skills with Microsoft tools; experience with SAP/CRM platforms and relevant operational systems </li><li>Willingness to travel frequently (60-80%) to customer locations (domestic and/or international) multiple times per month </li><li>Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S. </li><li>CV/Resume required </li><li>Company may provide relocation assistance </li></ul> <p>About Lufthansa Technik Component Services LLC.</p> <p>Lufthansa Technik is the worldwide leading independent provider of maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification services for civil aircraft.
