In this role, you'll guide and develop a team of wealth advisors and associates, help shape future talent through our associate program, and drive a high standard of client service across the organization. Foster a positive and united work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development</p> <p>Manage and train wealth advisor associates</p> <p>Help maintain the three-year associate program to develop future wealth advisors</p> <p>Ensure associates get exposure to all the divisions in wealth during their tenure</p> <p>Ensure that the team provides excellent financial advice and service to clients</p> <p>Work together with other departments to drive cross-selling initiatives and ensure a coordinated approach to client service</p> <p>Develop and implement operational and strategic plans to achieve team targets and goals and grow the business</p> <p>Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and ensure that the team is trained and knowledgeable on these topics</p> <p>Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage client and pipeline activity</p> <p>Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct</p> <p>Travel when needed</p> <p>Perform other duties as assigned</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field.</p> <p>Demonstrated experience in managing a team of advisors.</p> <p>Extensive experience in wealth management, financial planning, and investment services.</p> <p>Series 7, 66, or 63/65 registration.</p> <p>CFP preferred; CFA or CTFA is also desirable.</p> <p>Excellent communication and social skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.</p> <p>Strong guidance and management skills.</p> <p>Proven track record of achieving goals.</p> <p>Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.</p> <p>Strong problem-solving, presentation, and judgment-making skills.</p> <p>Wage Range:</p> <p>The salary for this position starts from $80,000+</p> <p>Benefits Overview:</p> <p>Univest offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</p> <ul> <li>Health Insurance: Medical, dental and vision coverage (single or family; begins the first of the month following start date) </li><li>Retirement Plan: Participation in 401(k) plan with up to a 3% employer match after 6 months of employment </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO): 25 days annually (prorated your first year) </li><li>Short Term Disability: 12 weeks of sick time with a doctors note after 6 months of service </li><li>Holiday Time Off: 11 paid holidays </li><li>We offer company paid life insurance: as well as other supplemental insurances </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Employee Wellness programs: including fitness club discounts and fitness tracker discounts/ annual reimbursement </li><li>Discounts: on loan products </li><li>Professional development trainings </li></ul> <p>Click here for Benefit Information</p> <p>#Girard</p> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer.
