This role leads enterprise-wide transformation efforts required to deliver on sustainability goals and evolving regulatory requirements-turning ambiguous, complex priorities into clear operating models, execution plans, and ways of working that teams adopt and sustain.</p> <p>This role partners across functions and levels, from subject matter experts to executive leadership, translating complexity into clear insights, decisions, and actions tailored to each audience. Success in this role requires strong influence, structure, and execution in highly cross-functional and ambiguous environments.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <p>Lead Transformation of How Work Gets Done</p> <ul> <li> <p>Translate sustainability strategy and regulatory requirements into practical changes in how the business operates</p> </li><li> <p>Define and implement new processes, decision frameworks, and ways of working across teams</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure new initiatives are embedded into existing systems, workflows, and business routines</p> </li></ul> <p>Drive Change Management and Adoption</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure new requirements are understood and adopted</p> </li><li> <p>Clearly define expectations for teams and individuals and how work connects across functions</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and address barriers to adoption through communication, training, and process design</p> </li><li> <p>Reinforce accountability to ensure changes are sustained over time</p> </li></ul> <p>Translate Ambiguity into Structured Execution</p> <ul> <li> <p>Convert complex, evolving, or unclear priorities into actionable, end-to-end execution plans</p> </li><li> <p>Define workstreams, ownership, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across functions</p> </li><li> <p>Provide clarity and direction in situations without a predefined path</p> </li></ul> <p>Drive Cross-Functional Alignment and Decision-Making</p> <ul> <li> <p>Align teams across Supply Chain, Product, Marketing & Communications, Legal & Regulatory, Distribution Centers, and Store Operations</p> </li><li> <p>Navigate competing priorities and constraints to land practical, business-aligned solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate decision-making and maintain forward momentum in complex environments</p> </li></ul> <p>Operate as an Enterprise Orchestrator</p> <ul> <li> <p>Connect work across teams to ensure efforts are cohesive and not duplicative</p> </li><li> <p>Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive resolution</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure people, processes, and tools work together to deliver outcomes</p> </li></ul> <p>Communicate Across All Levels of the Organization</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner closely with subject matter experts to understand detailed requirements and risks</p> </li><li> <p>Synthesize complex information into clear, concise updates for diverse audiences, including executives</p> </li><li> <p>Develop executive-ready materials such as presentations, roadmaps, summaries, and decision briefs</p> </li><li> <p>Distill large volumes of information into the critical insights that drive action</p> </li></ul> <p>Track Progress and Ensure Delivery</p> <ul> <li> <p>Establish tracking mechanisms, milestones, and success metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor progress and hold teams accountable to commitments</p> </li><li> <p>Escalate risks and course-correct as needed to ensure delivery</p> </li></ul> <p>Click here for benefit details related to this position.</p> <p>Minimum Salary: $112,700.00</p> <p>Maximum Salary: $153,720.00</p> <p>VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Your Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 7 years of experience leading cross-functional transformation, change initiatives, or complex enterprise programs</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to take work from concept through implementation and sustained execution</p> </li><li> <p>Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how cross-functional organizations operate</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional communication and synthesis skills, with experience engaging both subject matter experts and executive leaders</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience creating executive-ready materials (presentations, summaries, decision frameworks)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong program and change management skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to influence without direct authority and manage complex stakeholder dynamics</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset; comfortable driving decisions in uncertain environments</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with product development, sourcing, or supply chain organizations ideal</p> </li></ul> <p>We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
