Practices good patient </li></ul> <p>lead management, contact, and outreach practices as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Reviews paperwork thoroughly prior to procedure to ensure current medical history, physical </li></ul> <p>exam, current medication history, and other required elements are present.</p> <ul> <li>Performs treatments per company policy and procedure (provided upon hire and available </li></ul> <p>thereafter).</p> <ul> <li>Ensures delivery of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the </li></ul> <p>likelihood of medical/health care errors</p> <ul> <li>Recognizes the need to elevate care to RN and/or Physician for resolution. </li><li>Demonstrates knowledge of standard precautions, hand hygiene, transmission-based precautions, and </li></ul> <p>personal protective equipment.</p> <ul> <li>Practices Quality Improvement measures according to QI policy and AAAHC guidelines. </li><li>Comprehends Sono Bello's electronic tracking tools and databases. Must be well-informed on updated </li></ul> <p>content and materials therein.</p> <ul> <li>Establishes and maintains a secure knowledge and understanding of all policies, procedures, and </li></ul> <p>associated forms. Policies, procedures, and forms are subject to change and an Aesthetic Technician</p> <p>must be current on all changes regarding forms.</p> <ul> <li>Assumes responsibility for the successful completion of initial and annual training requirements. </li><li>Attends and participates in scheduled clinic and corporate meetings including staff education, in-services, </li></ul> <p>and clinic staff meetings.</p> <ul> <li>Provides back-up support for other administrative staff as necessary. </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Laser Safety; Understands where lasers are being used and that access to these areas should be controlled. </li><li>Must be proficient in basic computer skills and utilization of MS Office Suite. </li><li>Must maintain BLS certification. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance </li></ul> <p>instructions and procedure manuals.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to write reports and correspondence. </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, EAP, PTO, and paid holidays. </li></ul> <p>#LI-SF1</p>
