You are driven to bring great experiences to life and are a tireless champion for clients and associates and how they interact with your in branch and digital product based on data and analytics. You pay close attention to details and are hands-on through the entire lifecycle of build, launch, and operation for your product.</p> <p>Essential Functions/Responsibilities :</p> <ul> <li>Create and deliver in branch and digital deposit account origination product roadmap(s) for assigned products based on thorough knowledge and use of client and associate needs, analytics / data / insights / customer research, partner capabilities / roadmaps, and First Financial's strategy and goals to offer a seamless experience to clients. </li><li>Lead the creation, documentation, and prioritization of enhancements to clearly articulate the "why" (not just the "how") that will enable seamless, highly-performing deposit account origination products. </li><li>Set KPIs, objectives, and goals for your deposit account origination products and provide regular reporting on actual performance vs. target / plan. </li><li>Partner with stakeholders across Marketing/ Product, Technology, Retail, Call Center, Consumer, Commercial, and Wealth lines of business, and Program Management to develop rollout plans for new product capabilities and enhancements that will drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing use by First Financial clients and associates. </li><li>Build implementation plans to deliver product roadmaps working with Program Management and ensures the right team is assigned to configure and/or develop, test, deploy, and provide ongoing support to bring new and improved experiences to market in a timely manner. </li><li>Identify and gather the data and research needed to clearly understand First Financial client and associate needs and prioritize feature developments and enhancements on your product roadmap based on those needs. </li><li>Work with 3rd party partners as primary day-to-day contact for your product to develop and evolve the product roadmaps, achieve key milestones for launch of new features and enhancements, and support operational needs and issues. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and process a priority to enable great client experiences that are secure and build client trust. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years deposit account origination product management experience and/or related work experience including business analyst, program/project management, industrial engineer, strategic planning with proven execution of plans and measurable outcomes. </li><li>4+ years building exceptional in branch and digital experiences as a Product Manager using Agile Methodology. </li><li>Bachelor's or 10+ years financial services experience required. </li><li>Strong verbal and communication skills with extensive experience working across multiple stakeholder groups including Marketing/Product, Operations, Retail, Call Center, and Technology. </li><li>Experience using Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, and/or Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, etc. to source and analyze data for KPIs and regular reporting, answer ad hoc questions, and explore to identify client and associate pain points and needs. </li><li>Ability to balance execution and delivery with the need to look forward to the next 6, 12, 18, and 24 months (and further). </li></ul> <p>Preferred Knowledge and Skills:</p> <p>Level of Complexity and Scope:</p> <ul> <li>Planning, implementation, and monitoring </li><li>Significant responsibility for performance and budget </li><li>Forward-thinking in addition to managing day-to-day responsibilities and tasks </li><li>Production support including the ability to assess risk and impact of issues </li></ul> <p>Degree of Independence and Decision-Making:</p> <ul> <li>Critical thinking and decision-making </li><li>Significant latitude in creating product roadmap and developmental priorities </li><li>Works with limited supervision </li><li>Follows established practices and guidelines </li><li>Uses subject-matter expertise to advise others </li><li>Self-starter </li></ul> <p>Required Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership of cross-functional teams including ability to communicate resource needs, gaps, and escalations when needed </li><li>Delegation </li><li>Coaching </li><li>Training </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to travel by car to visit First Financial Bank markets and travel by air to attend conferences and vendor site visits </li></ul> <p>Compliance Statement: The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures.
