Service plan components include daily treatment in the therapeutic foster home as well as overall case plan goals which address the child's step-down plans, permanency, and well-being goals. </li><li>Coordinate the implementation of service plan components related to the child's birth family and/or step-down family. </li><li>Complete all tasks within the context of an evidenced based model, ensuring the model is implemented with fidelity. Interventions will apply principles of social learning theory, </li></ul> <p>developmental psychology and trauma-informed care.</p> <ul> <li>Complete and submit all required reports related to service accurately and on time. </li><li>Complete casework requirements, including service plans, case notes, court reports, and other casework and documentation as required by DCFS accurately and on time. </li><li>Complete home study for potential foster parents; may be responsible for completion of all licensing documentation and recommendations. </li><li>Participate in supervisory process for guidance, direction, support, and approval of decision-making, assessment, service planning and intervention. Present cases for staffing and/or </li></ul> <p>participate in staffings as needed, including weekly team meetings.</p> <ul> <li>Participate in the on-call/crisis intervention response for the TFC Team. </li></ul> <p>Position Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field is required. </li><li>Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL), CCA and 402 or ability to obtain. </li><li>raining in Treatment Foster Care of Oregon (TFCO) model, or available to participate in the TFCO training after hired required. </li><li>Minimum of one (1) year of related experience preferred. </li><li>Training in KEEP and/or GenerationsPMTO or availability to participate in training, coaching and fidelity to certification once hired required. </li><li>Successful completion of CCS Bootcamp required. </li><li>Successful completion of Client-Centered Service Planning and Aftercare Planning Training </li></ul> <p>preferred.</p> <ul> <li>Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required. </li><li>Experience with providing services using a team approach. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to motivate children, their families, and foster parents to participate in a highly detailed treatment model. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing. </li><li>Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency required. </li><li>Access to reliable transportation. </li><li>Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage </li></ul> <p>required.</p>
