This role involves hands-on leadership and collaboration with team members to uphold company standards and provide excellent service.</p> <p>The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Plan each repair service, including material and resource requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform repairs efficiently, ensuring timely completion.</p> </li><li> <p>Check in with customers upon arrival and provide updates during the repair process.</p> </li><li> <p>Check out with customers after completing the service, ensuring satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Report materials used immediately after repairs to the Service Coordinator.</p> </li><li> <p>Post before-and-after pictures for each service job.</p> </li><li> <p>Report any additional work required to the Service Manager and obtain approval before proceeding.</p> </li><li> <p>Set start times with the assigned service helper and ensure proper communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Clock in and out accurately for each service job using the timekeeping system.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all company safety policies and procedures during repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all work complies with company standards and relevant regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide feedback on service operations to improve efficiency and quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional duties as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.</p> <p>Tools for the Job:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of five years of roofing experience</p> </li><li> <p>High proficiency of commercial roofing and/or construction knowledge</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in supervising field operations</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of OSHA compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Google, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and project management software</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to work in different environmental conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership and communications skills</p> </li><li> <p>Highly trained in conflict management</p> </li><li> <p>Valid Driver's License</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in the safe handling and utilization of ladders </li></ul>
